This fine dust unit is purposely built to our specification and has a poweful 5.5 Kw (7.5Hp) motor and a 250mm diameter inlet which allows it to run a twin belt sanding machine or a selection of smaller machines producing fine dust when cutting or sanding.
The machine is mounted on heavy duty castors making it mobile and easy to manoevre into place, has an air silencer, ATEX rated explosion panels and requires an air supply to operate the filter cleaning system. The collection bins have a quick release system and are also on castors for easy and safe removal when emptying the dust collection bags. To the rear of the dust collection bins are flexible suction hoses piped into the main dust unit to maintain a negative pressure and prevent the collection bags being sucked into the body of the machine.
Also available on the machine is a water connection pipe to allow the unit to be flooded in the event of combustion.
